It has three major spreadsheets and a sample for each spreadsheet to illustrate the data analysis.
1. Recruitment Stats: This tab tracks the number of applicants and candidates progressing through the hiring process. It automatically generates graphs showing monthly applicant volume and an overview of offers extended each month, providing visibility into recruitment trends and pipeline activity.
2. Separation Stats: This tab tracks monthly separations, recording both employment length and reasons for each. It generates analyses and graphs displaying monthly separation counts, distributions of separation reasons, and insights into separation patterns by tenure group.
3. Workforce Analytics: This tab tracks new hires and separations to calculate net headcount changes. It also computes monthly and annual turnover rates and generates graphs to visualize workforce trends and overall staffing stability.
